Brief Juno
Start a Juno conversation with the situation, what you need to understand, who you need to hear from, and the decision the research should inform. Juno asks what it needs to clarify, challenges weak assumptions, and turns the conversation into one study in Test mode.
Add context
Attach relevant files or ask Juno to research public sources when the study needs more context. Tell Juno what each source should inform; adding a source without an instruction does not change the study.
Review study
Open Brief to review the research goal, participant criteria, questions, interview settings, and language. If anything is wrong or missing, continue the Juno conversation and refine the study.
Design interview
Check three parts of the interview design:
- Pre-interview questions: Questions asked before the interview. Configure qualification rules when an answer should screen a participant in or out.
- Verbatim questions: Questions Juno asks word for word during the interview, with adaptive follow-ups around the answer.
- Participant language: The language used for the participant-facing interview.
