Monitor interviews
Use Collect to follow fieldwork, review participant-quality status, inspect question responses, open completed interviews, and control Live collection.
Open Collect
Open the study and select Collect. The table updates as participant interviews start and finish.

Interview statuses
Filter interviews by participation and participant-quality status:
- In progress: The participant has started and the interview is still active.
- Qualified: The completed interview met the study's participant-quality rules.
- Disqualified: The completed interview did not meet the study's participant-quality rules.
- Incomplete: The participant started but did not complete the interview.
Open interview
Open an interview row to review its transcript, participant-quality rationale, question responses, and available audio.
Credits
Each Live participant engagement uses one credit. Test-mode activity uses no credits. Check the organisation credit balance and activity in Settings.
Control collection
Pause a study to stop new Live interviews temporarily. Close it when collection is finished; reopen it if collection needs to continue.
